Went in to have my car serviced, there was a "shake" or "vibration" in the front wheels as well as a few minor things and a recall. Service has ALWAYS been great, fantastic folks to work with. They did a rotation and "forced balance." It did not fix my issue and they did not charge me for this, which was a pleasant surprise. Upon leaving the dealership my car now pulls to the right. UGH.
The service department at Proctor Acura is the best! When time to trade in my MDX for a new vehicle, I chose Proctor Acura BECAUSE of the service department. Always enjoy chatting with Ron (when he's there ;-), Charles and Tony. If a loaner is needed, they supply with a smile. If I choose to stay on-site for the service, the amenities are superb -- good coffee, tea, fruit and other snacks, TV, newspaper, WiFi connection and a comfy sitting area.
