The report was detailed and thorough, including pictures and some video. The inspector was responsive and answered all my questions. My only complaint is that the agreement for them to do the inspection includes giving them permission to share your information with another company (Porch), and there is no way to opt out of this.
Joe the inspector that was assigned to do our inspection was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He took the time to explain the process and what we can expect when we get the report. Thank you Pro Spex five stars for sure!

Throughout and detailed home inspection needs
Stephen was vey professional and very thorough. He answered all our questions and explained everything that was found completely and ensured we understood the issues. Would definitely use again.
Had a main line inspection done on my home and it saved me thousands.
Matthew was very early, chatting with my wife and letting her know what steps would be taken to ensure thorough inspection. I thought that it would be about 1 hour, but I took my bosses advice that 'If it took 45 minutes to 1 hr for the home inspection, I should look for another company". Not telling Matthew about this, it took almost 4 hours. He went through every part of the house with "fine tooth comb". I eventually told him, my wife and our agent and they all laughed.
