Glenn gave me the inspection fit for me! I looove to ask questions. Glenn was patient, professional and perceptive! I don't think you'll find another inspector worth your money! Do yourself the biggest favor, 1) hire an inspector (you definitely need one..a few dollars to save on a bunch later on...worth it); 2) Hire Pro Spex Home & Commercial Inspections!!!

Dan was extremely helpful! He answered all our questions clearly during the inspection, and the report was prompt, thorough, and well-organized. He is also very open and encouraging of follow-up questions. I feel very confident in his advice.

Chris was personable, professional and, most importantly, knowledgeable about each aspect of the home inspection process. Not only did he perform a thorough inspection, he took the time to explain EVERYTHING he was doing and why. Chris also explained my responsibility, as a home owner, to perform routine home maintenance and annual inspections, as applicable. Mr. Darnell D. of Pro Spex Home and Commercial Inspections was my chosen inspector and he was very professional and thorough. He took the time to walk me through all he inspected, explained to me all issues found, why those issues needed to be corrected and the potential consequence if the issues found were not fixed/corrected. He is very knowledgeable and left no stone unturned regarding his inspection of the property. He is full of integrity and I definitely recommend him as an inspector.
