The Pro Spex Home and Commercial Inspections is an excellent company. They were prompt, professional, had their information well organized. They had relevant packages and services clearly explained and they sent out information and contracts quickly. They were very knowledgable and were able to answer all questions. Their level of communication was great too. They sent reminders by email, texts and phone calls. I highly recommend them for any Home or Commercial Inspections.

I have had a terrible experience with Pro Spex home inspections and want to warn anyone considering using them for a home inspection. They do not do thorough home inspections and when they miss something, they refuse to take responsibility for the issue. When a home inspector misses an issue it is their responsibility to evaluate and repair the issue. We performed a re-inspection guided by your agent, all areas of concern at that time were found to have been reported accurately in your report. e.g. your claim that the GFI's were not tested (even though you were not present), we re-inspected them and all are working fine as stated in your report. 3. This was first experience with Pro Spex and I was very pleased. Joe C***** was my technician performing the pre-purchase inspection on the property. He arrived early and was ready to spring into action. He was very friendly toward me and my party present for the service. Joey did my inspection today. He was AWESOME!! His knowledge on the subject at hand was refreshing. He was thorough and detailed every issue/non issues in my soon to be home. I forward to receiving his final report with pictures and recommendation. I would definitely recommend this company.
I had a particular situation in mind when I contacted PRO SPEX. I was treated with professionalism and concern for doing the best job possible. The inspector was on time(that’s important) and thorough. By the time he was finished he had been over every inch of my house, and my particular situation was covered. I highly recommend this well run company.
The report was detailed and thorough, including pictures and some video. The inspector was responsive and answered all my questions. My only complaint is that the agreement for them to do the inspection includes giving them permission to share your information with another company (Porch), and there is no way to opt out of this.
Joe the inspector that was assigned to do our inspection was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He took the time to explain the process and what we can expect when we get the report. Thank you Pro Spex five stars for sure!
