Wonderful service at my pre-move in inspection, and at my one year inspection for my new build townhouse. Joe was really thorough and took the time to really explain his findings and their possible ramifications. A returning customer discount was also applied which was very nice as well. Many of my new community neighbors also used Pro-Spex and we all had consistently wonderful experiences.
As thorough as I could want, Chris was excellent and professional. Booking was easy and very reasonable priced. Offered a good range of services. Would recommend to anyone.
Chris was simply amazing! He showed up on time and quickly began inspecting the house. He first told us what he was going to inspect first and continued to explain the order of the next levels in the house. After inspecting each level and the outside he would tell us what he will note in the report. He was very friendly and I would definitely recommend Pro Spex if you need a home inspection.
