He is absolutely outstanding. He was there well ahead of time and already working inspecting the outside of the property when I arrived. He exhibited top shelf professionalism in all aspects of performing his job. His verbal delivery of findings were thorough and explained very well. He received and answered questions with the same display of outstanding professionalism.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience using Pro Spex for our home inspection. We are first time home buyers, so we didnt really know what to expect, but I left feeling like I knew the house and what to look for and plan for going forward. I chose this company because ***** followed up with me when I didnt complete the scheduling process after seeing that they didnt have availability that would work for our schedule. This was my first ever home inspection, so while I don't have experience to compare it to, I get the sense that I would have been thoroughly disappointed if I had chosen any other inspection company. They were able to schedule me as soon as the next day! ****** was great. Very professional and patient to explain things to me in practical language. We had a great experience with Pro Spex *************************** Inspections all the way, from scheduling the appointment until receiving the inspection results. We were working with a short deadline for a home inspection. We tried to schedule on-line, but the earliest data available was outside of our window. I called and Robin was able to get an inspection scheduled within our timeframe. Robin was a pleasure to work with and completely understood our situation. Cudos to Robin!!! The day of the inspection, our inspector (Glenford) reached out and was able to get to the inspection a littile earlier than scheduled. This worked great for us.
