Joe C. inspected our roof & attic and gave us enough info to realize that a contractor's proposal was totally out of line to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars. Always have an *independent* inspection as your starting point for major home repairs. Pro Spex was a great choice!
First of four new home construction inspections completed. I was unable to be onsite, but I received my inspection report by the end of the same day. Excellent customer service and very responsive.
Daniel was awesome! Extremely thorough, took the time to explain every step of the way, even showed me how/when to conduct maintenance on my property. He took his time inspecting and allowed me to ask multiple questions. He's very knowledgeable and you can tell that he knows what he's doing and wants to make sure the customer is Satisfied. Mr. Eric F***** was very detailed in his inspection which I loved. he answered all my questions. This was my first time, so I had lots of questions. he was patient and understand and explained everything he did. I would highly recommend this company for your Home Inspection. Mr. Blanc was also present, and it was a very educational moment for me, so I must say that this company has a great team of very well knowledgeable experts at hand.
