We felt Stephen, our inspector from Prospex, was honest, helpful, and pleasant as he did a home inspection for us (our 2nd time). He was also prompt with the feedback and report. Would work with him again.

Brandon B****** was my inspector. I had the option of attending the inspection at the very end. However, I opted to attend the entire inspection, and I glad that I did. As a first time home buyer, having recently moved to Virginia from South Florida, there was a lot that I had to learn about houses in Virginia as opposed to those in South Florida. My experience with Pro Spex Inc. was very good. Pro Spex has very well qualified home inspectors. My home inspector Darnell D***** was extremely thorough. He took the time to inspect everything I asked for and was very patient. He also explained to me how some of the systems in the home work such as HVAC, Plumbing. Electric etc. Purchasing a home is a big decision and Pro Spex helped me make an informed decision.
