As a first time home buyer purchasing a new construction home, I wanted an inspection for a peace of mind, but it slipped my mind and at the last minute I needed to schedule an inspection. Very professional and thorough. Showed up early and kept me abreast of everything that was going on throughout the inspection.
Dan F******* was my inspector and he was great. Incredibly thorough and understanding of my first time homebuyer jitters. he walked us through the issues that he identified. He also provided helpful tips on how to maintain and care for a home over the long haul. I used Pro Spex because they had the best reviews from the list of Naca’s recommended inspectors. Prior to the inspection, I called the office a few times to ask questions about the inspection process and fees. I spoke with a few individuals and they were all knowledgeable and pleasant but Yvonne Blanc really went over and above responding to my inquiries via emails and phone calls. Joe C***** performed our pre-purchase home inspection. From my first interaction with him, he was amazingly professional and friendly. He invited me to follow him throughout the inspection and took time at each and every space to explain to me the condition of the items we were looking at, and what normal should look like.
