Mr. Fournier was extremely professional and thorough during the home inspection. He explained completely all vital systems within the home and identified any challenges that needed to be addressed. In addition, his written report was concise, detailed and displayed pictures of the home including problem areas. I am completely satisfied with the service that I received overall from Pro Spex and I would use this company in the future or refer them to others.

Pricy but worth it, the items caught more than made up for the added expense. Good communication prior to the inspection. Inspector was on time despite a snowstorm the night before. Very knowledgeable. Very personable and took the time to answer all of our questions. Used a drone for the roof inspection (caught missing shingles). Used flir for heat pump test.
