Top notch and worth every dime. I’ve hired them multiple times for home inspections, and this time they were also my HUD 203k consultant for my renovation loan. Pro-Spex was very helpful. When I incorrectly completed my online request, they called me the very next day to clear up any confusion. Glen was my inspector for my new construction foundation inspection. I was unsure about the stage of the construction. Glen reached out to me and asked I could text him pictures of the construction lot.
