Pro Spex was prompt and very detailed. As a first time homeowner, I was pleased to work with Joe. He showed me so many things about my potential purchase. The time that he took to complete the inspection was not a moment too long. My inspection consisted of exterior, interior and termite. Joe handled those three with no complaints. I was even impressed with him changing his shoes when transitioning from the exterior to the interior. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a significant crack develop in our master bedroom. After detailed discussion and review of inside and outside photos it was determined that the downspout was not draining causing our wall problem. We can now address the issue knowing exactly what is going on. Extraordinary same day service, highly recommended!

I recently contracted Pro Spex for a home inspection and was assigned Matt. When I contacted him regarding the company's COVID precautions, he responded immediately and explained their policy. On the day of the inspection, after he completed his work, he walked us through both the interior and exterior of the house pointing out his findings, the good, both good and bad. The inspectors, Chris and Steve, were really great! They showed up early and worked efficiently the entire team. They were extremely thorough, and did a fantastic job explaining everything so that we could understand every issue present (and there were lots!). The report was delivered within 24 hours and was extremely detailed, complete with pictures and diagrams! This was my first time using prospex, and I would use them again for any home I purchase in the future.
