We worked with Pro Spex for our inspection on our newly built townhome. The team (Joe and Robert) were very knowledgeable, attentive and extremely detail oriented. I received a complete walk through of the home with intricate details on information in regards to first moving in and routine home maintenance. Home Maintenance and Sewer Inspections: Pro-Spex staff and inspectors were very professional and thorough throughout the quote solicitation through delivery of inspection results report. They sent two inspectors one for each service, and both were very attentive to our questions and as we tagged along as they performed the inspection. We received a very thorough report with pictures and video that categorized findings based on level of importance.
