This company are smooth talkers. The crew that came to complete my house roof & garden shed roof did a very very poor job! I was not pleased at all with the work that was done. The roof they put on my garden shed was the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen, it was like they sent a crew out that didn't know how to roof at all. There was caulking all over the shingles, they put large nail holes on the top showing shingle & then just slapped some caulking over it. Rep was canvassing out neighborhood and asked to inpsect our roof, no problem. Low and behold we have hail damage. Things were pretty smooth until after the replacement. When rep came back to inspect we noticed major damage to gutters and a hole in our siding. The rep was unhelpful and we had to contact "owner" of Denver office. He came out and said yes they caused the damage. It seems like it will be taken care of and the are covering the cost. Job number 2045482 Patrick knocked on my door and asked if I wanted him to check out my roof. I have been here for 15 years and have never had that request before. Most if not all of my neighbors have had their roof replaced due to hail damage, but when I have asked my insurance company in the past they have declined. Patrick helped me with the claim, then met my adjustor at my house when he came and helped me to get a complete replacement. The process was very easy and quick. I have been extremely pleased with all my dealing with Premier employees. Tjaart ****** did the initial review of the roof and saw that it had a lot of Hail Damage. The field supervisor Travis ***** was excellent of going through the Insurance process with me- very grateful for that as I haven't made a claim for 16 years. On 7-6-20 Representative from Premier Roofing told me that Premier would roof my house for what my insurance company would pay for damage caused by storms and my deductible if I would sign the agreement that he showed me. I signed it because he told me it would not cost anymore. Then on 8-5-20 the representative came over for me to sign the final papers where the cost was. He wanted me to sign the contract with a cost of $ 7,656.34 The insurance gave me $ 2172.53 and my deductible was $ 1764.00 which adds up to about $ 3936.... read more

Great job and very professional, from start to finish! Jordan and Forrest worked hard to get the insurance adjuster to come back out (I had been denied a roof earlier last year) and to persuade the insurance company there was sufficient damage for my claim. And on roofing day, because of the great weather, the team was able to get everything done, including clean up, that same day. Looks great! I appreciated all the communication and emails the did through out the process the field rep was always responsive and got back to me quickly. The Project manager was able to match my the current shingles which mean the HOA approval went more quickly. There were a few nails left and a broken planter - which I should have moved. but that is just how things go. I am very happy with how everything progressed.
