On 7-6-20 Representative from Premier Roofing told me that Premier would roof my house for what my insurance company would pay for damage caused by storms and my deductible if I would sign the agreement that he showed me. I signed it because he told me it would not cost anymore. Then on 8-5-20 the representative came over for me to sign the final papers where the cost was. He wanted me to sign the contract with a cost of $ 7,656.34 The insurance gave me $ 2172.53 and my deductible was $ 1764.00 which adds up to about $ 3936.... read more
Great job and very professional, from start to finish! Jordan and Forrest worked hard to get the insurance adjuster to come back out (I had been denied a roof earlier last year) and to persuade the insurance company there was sufficient damage for my claim. And on roofing day, because of the great weather, the team was able to get everything done, including clean up, that same day. Looks great! I appreciated all the communication and emails the did through out the process the field rep was always responsive and got back to me quickly. The Project manager was able to match my the current shingles which mean the HOA approval went more quickly. There were a few nails left and a broken planter - which I should have moved. but that is just how things go. I am very happy with how everything progressed.
Job# 2043777 I have had other roofing companies in the past on other homes and they were "satisfactory", but Premier did a fantastic job on my roof. They were fast and the roof looks great. The crew made sure to cleanup at the end of the job, especially the nails. So all in all I am very impressed with the job done.

I had to involve State Farm when a attic fan vent cover was not replaced even though Premier claimed it had been replaced. A technician came out a second time and left paperwork saying it had been replaced, but it had the very same hail dents. I said I wouldn’t pay for the cover, so received a bill for $100 plus interest. After that Premier sales no longer answered my calls. Our roofing job was completed in one day on April 29th. The materials had been delivered in advance and the job was beautifully done. The crew arrived early, took a lunch break and finished with wonderful clean-up by 3:30 p.m. Two layers of old roofing were hauled away and the finished product looked truly professional, including two out buildings. Overall I am very pleased with Premier Roofing Company (Denver). This is the 2nd. time I've used them. The Project Manager was very informative and accommodating. The work was completed and cleaned up in a single day. The installers were very respectful of our property and did their best to avoid causing any damage. I highly recommend this company, they work with the insurance company and keep you informed of the install process. I will use them again if or when the need arises.

After a hailstorm hit our neighborhood, a college student assured us that Premier was the company to go with. Job number ******* was created and we put our trust with Premier. On the day of the install, the debris was everywhere. There was not a path for me to enter the house and I was expected to walk over 8" of shingles, metal and wood in open toe shoes to gain entry to my house.
