They came over after the big storm in July and they didn't try for quick sale or pressure me into anything. My adjuster agreed with what they had found and Premier did a through and professional job, would recommend as they are local.

Poor project management, communication and field leader. More interested in billing for payment than customer satisfaction. Basically incompetent with regard to project coordination. Signed a contract in August, 2019 and project is yet to be completed January 6, 2020. One positive, at least the roofing material and labor appear to be OK.

We interviewed multiple roofers before we chose Premier to replace our roof due to hail damage. I appreciated Jake's (our sales rep) experience and his straightforward communication style. The crew was friendly, but not intrusive. Jake was responsive on a couple of minor issues after the roof was finished, and everything was resolved easily and to our satisfaction. (*******)

Job #******* I was not pleased with being strong-armed to pay the full amount for the job before the permit was approved by the City. Premier decided to use a 3rd party inspection company (which I didn't know was a thing. Could be a conflict of interest) who approved the roof, which is what they were basing their demand for full payment on; claiming that the city would take too long. We didn't think that we had any hail damage and that is what we told the many "door Knockers" who wanted to do a free inspection. However when John from Premier knocked we let him take a look, as we had seen him walking our neighbor hood carrying his ladder with him. He was pleasant and professional. This is the second year in a row that we have used Premier Roofing to replace our roof due to hail damage. Again the experience was seamless. Premier Roofing is professional, timely and transparent. They work out all intricacies with the insurance company and we get the roof! The crew who replaced the roof did so in one day and clean up was excellent. I highly recommend Premier Roofing!

Premier Roofing did a very efficient and professional job of my roof and skylight install. The field rep Jon D****** was really the difference maker for me. He took the time to thoroughly go over each step of the process and was accessible any time I had questions. I thought the crew worked really hard, the replacement was done so quickly, and the clean up was immaculate. I would definitely recommend this company again, especially if you can get Jon D****** as your field rep.

So far, so good. Good representative (Sarah R), everything went according to plan, I upscaled the shingling (class 4), upscaled shingling went on the roof, the crew showed up on time and did the job in one day.
