Had one of their sales people come to my house and tell me he was in the neighborhood doing clean up for debris after a recent wind storm and that it was free. I had no idea what he meant by that until he said he went up on a neighbor's roof and that it had damage. It was then I realized he was trying to sell roofing repairs. There is no way I would ever use a company whose sales people misrepresent themselves trying to get business.
The work was accomplished fast and based on inspections, to code. We were pleased in the expedience of the work--however, there was communication breakdown on delivery of materials and start date--not too big of a deal. The frustration came with the billing. From the onset, the project manager (***************************) had me extremely confused on the cost of the project--I received 3 separate invoices and all for different amounts. It's very hard to believe Premier Roofing Company has more than one star after the experience I had. This company CLAIMS to give free roofing quotes but instead after I requested a quote, I got a call from a very offensive service rep. who sounded more like a "snake oil" sales man who said he was the rep. for my area but refused to give me a quote or send someone out because it was apparently 1. a waste of his time 2. he wasn't sure I was going to go with the company so he didn't want to put in the hours doing a quote 3. it ... read more

I had Premier come out to replace my composite over shake roof and my gazebo roof. I had insurance to cover the cost.The good:Great quality No complaints for my house.No problems with insurance, Premier took care of it $250 referral reward thanks to ******* The bad:Had to deal with not know when people came When the came they would leave without me inspecting to work They treated ******* like a mule. Premier Roofing never got the chance to ***** up my roof. A salesman came to my door. My husband indulged him. I would have slammed the door in his face. I have a no soliciting sign. A week later he came back & he & my husband went upon the roof. Clearly, our roof didn't need replacing. When he left & my husband spoke to me about it, I immediately called the salesman & lost my brown word on him. --- DO NOT EVER SIGN A PIECE OF PAPER TO GET AN ESTIMATE!!!!!!
