Premier Roofing, roofed my house and installed new gutters in 2020 and it cost over $12,000. Well my problem is my gutters are not level on the front of the house. The water collects and then over pours on heavy rainy days. My front lawn floods and Im afraid it will drop my foundation. I have paid for my gutters to be cleaned out and they said the gutters were clear and clean. The company was nice initially until you tell them no. I told them no and they came to my house four more times even after I had the roof replaced. My wife answered the door once and they were asking for "that guy who lives here" instead of asking my wife questions. Once she told them we had the roof installed by someone else, they stormed off rolling their eyes in a ****. Their tactics are predatory and they show up only when disaster hits to make money off of the insurance companies and hard-working people.

The initial smiles and good salesmanship were nice. The professionalism extended until the roof was on. This was our first roof to be replaced, so we had a lot of questions, and maybe it took too much of our rep's **** to communicate with us. Premier just recently replaced our entire roof. ***************************** was the Field Supervisor we worked with. It was a real pleasure working with him. He did all the interfacing with our insurance except for the signing of the paperwork and was always available to answer my questions. They were ready to start the job about a week after approval. I had a great experience with **** and Premier Roofing. They replaced our roof last fall (September 2022). **** was super helpful and walked us through every step of the process. Premier did my roof last year and they did an awesome job. I had a 20-year-old roof that was falling apart and they helped me get my insurance company to pay for a new roof, gutters, and even some windows. They handled the entire claim process and their project manager was a total pro. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a shingle roof replacement.

They worked with our insurance company to answer all questions on what was covered work and met standards and really went very well . Would not hesitate to work with them again. Premier roofing just completed my roof. It was a process we started back in the summer of 2022. I asked that work not start until spring of 2023. **** with Premier was very knowledgeable and understanding and saw the whole process through to completion on my timeline. He managed the whole process from end to end.
