Delivered on all promises, and made a situation that usually would be stressful into a smooth and seamless experience. 10/10 would use Premier for any roofing, or siding needs especially with insurance coverage issues they shined getting my property full approval.

I used these guys for my 93yo mother's hail damaged roof. They did an excellent job from start to finish. We had the pleasure of working with ****** ******. He was amazing and went above and beyond for us. He was very helpful and patient and did everything he had promised. The job was done in 1 day and overall we were very pleased. We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Null and Premier replacing our roof. They did a great job from the knock on the door to the day the roof was put on. My father in law is an elderly man and Mr. Null was there to explain things every step of the way to him. We had zero problems and I would refer them to everyone.

Lied to, they are not local. They are a ********** Everything was a hassle & now they are threatening to put late ************** on my property for the balance of $758.44 that they said I received from insurance when only $579 was approved. I sent in a check for $559, minus $20, as they had charged me $54 to remove my satellite dish but I did not have it put back on. It came back from the Denver office undeliverable. Used Premier Roofing to replace our roof in 2022. We had roof damage following the July 2024 storm that rolled through Omaha. Spent over 3 months calling Premier to get them to look at our roof since we had a warranty. Was told multiple times they would come out, but not once did they show up. Left message after message trying to get them to honor the warranty that they used as a selling point to no avail. This company is not trustworthy. STAY AWAY FROM PREMIER ROOFING!

Absolute dumpster of a company. Do not hire them for anything. They have done nothing but lie to my family about everything from installation dates to billing. You name it, and they are shady about it. Now they are threatening to put a lien on my house? There are good companies, and then there is this laughable excuse of a roofing company that uses predatory tactics to scare you. Stay as far away as you can. 0 out of infinite stars.

Beware of This Business and all the empty promises they'll throw in to gain your trust and business. If you're thinking about doing business with ****, the owner of this company, you'd better bring a tape recorder. You'll need it to remind him of all the misleading lies and manipulation he used to rope you in as a customer. This company is a scam. They have taken my deposit and haven't communicated nearly at all. In addition I have solar panels which they had agreed to remove and replace and now don't seem to want to do that work.
