This company has no accountability. There were several glitches in communication during the process of installing the roof. 1. They blocked my sidewalk to get into the house the night prior to roof installation even though they had stated that only the driveway would be blocked in the morning.2. They messed the siding on my chimney and took several weeks to come back.3. They left shingles on my newly installed paver patio that baked in with the sun. 4. Premier Roofing replaced our roof approximately ******************************************************************************* the original installation by Premier Roofing. Premier left gaps in the top layer, exposing the structure. Premier has been non responsive to multiple requests for resolution. I'd highly recommend against using Premier Roofing for any roofing needs unless you personally inspect the final installation. Do not rely on them to stand behind their workmanship.

A rep came by my house telling me that they were doing work on another house in my neighborhood that had hail damage from a recent storm. Offered to look at my roof and said he could show me pictures if there was any damage or repair needed. He assessed and then proceeded to show me pictures of my roof and other materials that had damage and stated he believed that it was in need of repair. Overall I would refer to their work as average or below since they were back onsite within 6 months to repair buckling shingles and an irregularity in the ridge cap. There corporate accounting department in an entirely different situation, I think it would be better referred to as a "Den of Thieves" than a legitimate accounting department. I worked with the ******************************** and got my roof replaced for a hail storm that happened this spring. They did my gutters as well and did a great job. ********** And ************ Were very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this company.
