A rep came by my house telling me that they were doing work on another house in my neighborhood that had hail damage from a recent storm. Offered to look at my roof and said he could show me pictures if there was any damage or repair needed. He assessed and then proceeded to show me pictures of my roof and other materials that had damage and stated he believed that it was in need of repair. Overall I would refer to their work as average or below since they were back onsite within 6 months to repair buckling shingles and an irregularity in the ridge cap. There corporate accounting department in an entirely different situation, I think it would be better referred to as a "Den of Thieves" than a legitimate accounting department. We signed a contract for *********$ dollars for the roof replacement and made the down payment as required of 12,783.13$ on 10/7/22. I worked with the ******************************** and got my roof replaced for a hail storm that happened this spring. They did my gutters as well and did a great job. ********** And ************ Were very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this company.

Premier Roofing, roofed my house and installed new gutters in 2020 and it cost over $12,000. Well my problem is my gutters are not level on the front of the house. The water collects and then over pours on heavy rainy days. My front lawn floods and Im afraid it will drop my foundation. I have paid for my gutters to be cleaned out and they said the gutters were clear and clean. The company was nice initially until you tell them no. I told them no and they came to my house four more times even after I had the roof replaced. My wife answered the door once and they were asking for "that guy who lives here" instead of asking my wife questions. Once she told them we had the roof installed by someone else, they stormed off rolling their eyes in a ****. Their tactics are predatory and they show up only when disaster hits to make money off of the insurance companies and hard-working people.
