Had roof installed by this company about 8 years ago. Promised professional installation, with workmanship guarantee, and professional clean up. Will credit if roofing team leaves a mess. Well, right after install which appeared to go well, found around 50 nails laying in my yard. Call ***** who came out and received all the nails I found, and asked what credit I get for such a poor job cleaning up, 50 nails is a lot of nails to miss. Premier Roofing was awesome to work with! They did everything they said they would from the beginning. Communication was excellent and ******* looks great! Very pleased with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend Premier to everyone!

Premier Roofing treated our family with alot of class and were very professional dealing with the Insurance Company. The rep *********************** was extremely professional and communicated extremely well. We knew from the start what to expect and it really ran smooth.The field supervisor ***** was also professional but also personable. Outstanding efforts by all the workers as well.

Went with Premier last August to replace our roof. Massive downpour and because they had half my roof stripped the inside of my house became a waterfall, down all the walls and through all the light fixtures from top to bottom of the house. Come to find out their labor contractor only had $50K of coverage and Premier's insurance washed their hands of the situation and told me I needed to work with my personal insurance for coverage. Had one of their sales people come to my house and tell me he was in the neighborhood doing clean up for debris after a recent wind storm and that it was free. I had no idea what he meant by that until he said he went up on a neighbor's roof and that it had damage. It was then I realized he was trying to sell roofing repairs. There is no way I would ever use a company whose sales people misrepresent themselves trying to get business.

The work was accomplished fast and based on inspections, to code. We were pleased in the expedience of the work--however, there was communication breakdown on delivery of materials and start date--not too big of a deal. The frustration came with the billing. From the onset, the project manager (***************************) had me extremely confused on the cost of the project--I received 3 separate invoices and all for different amounts. It's very hard to believe Premier Roofing Company has more than one star after the experience I had. This company CLAIMS to give free roofing quotes but instead after I requested a quote, I got a call from a very offensive service rep. who sounded more like a "snake oil" sales man who said he was the rep. for my area but refused to give me a quote or send someone out because it was apparently 1. a waste of his time 2. he wasn't sure I was going to go with the company so he didn't want to put in the hours doing a quote 3. it ... read more
