Dealing with Premier Roofing had some questions about our bill and was asking for clarification. It took weeks to get an answer and when an explanation was finally given the person involved in our roof said “approaching the 60 day mark and I will loose my commission”. The whole process from the start was rough. I had emailed and called about our roof in the beginning of spring it took 6 weeks to get a return. I have been dealing with this place for over a year it took them 8 months to just start my roof and now they can't get the final bill right it been 4 months for this Jason C**** with billing doesn't call or email me back call the office he won't email her back he won't talk to the sales person this place is a total joke

Premier Roofing was great. They got the process going right away. Andrew R********* was my representative and stayed in contact the whole way through. I never felt like they were trying to nickel and dime me. The roof itself went up in a day and a half and while I was a little nervous about the mess around the house, by the time they were done the yard was completely clean and the new roof looked great. The two men for sale representative where nice Nick specially, Jake was his manager , did see him at the end of the job. I was upset for Premier Roofing to not give me more than 12 hours for delivery materials and started on the next day the roof. But I managed to get out of my house for a day. The roof in front look good but not on the back by the gutters. It took them 8 1/2 months to start the project. They often times did not answer my calls and did not call me back. They twice requested more money from my insurance company without letting me know so I got random deposits in my checking account. The project ended up being more than $8,000 over the original estimate. They had me on "weather hold" through the Fall and Winter and only took me off in the Spring when I called and reminded them I was still waiting. I had a horrible experience and ask people to please think twice before signing with this company. After signing the contract, the representative explained they would handle everything and send my check to my Mortgage Company and get things rolling. At this time, I was also quoted the amount of money that I would receive for non-roofing items.
