love premier medical associate my Dc. Carolina Amador is the best she always help me in everything what i need. Referrals me to all specialist that i need. The secretarys are nice, office always clean.
Pésimo servicio por parte de las enfermeras y recepcionistas, poca empatía, y no tienen un buen trato con los pacientes. La Dra. no envía las recetas a la farmacia, debo llamar y llamar para recordar esto.
I do not recommend this medical group!!! Dr Posado is arrogant and dismissive. Dr Pichardo makes mistakes constantly. This is a disorganized, unprofessional and incompetent collection of both health care providers and office staff. Started with this group back in 2024 and have one bad experience after another. The only doctor in this group who cares and is good is Dr Banda the endocrinologist.
Unprofessional and Disorganized I had an appointment at 11:40 with Dr. Matthew Posada, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. I arrived on time, but there was a line in the waiting room. A woman was having difficulty getting a referral processed, which held up the line, while three staff members were behind the counter—one with her back to the window and the other two focused on the issue at hand. They don’t care about you or your time. It took a week for a basic refill authorization. Scheduled me for a flu shot and when I came in they told me they are out of stock. No phone call, no message. Time to find a new PCP.
