I bought my first Toyota - a 2011 RAV 4 - two years ago and have wonderful integration between the sales personnel. The dealership built a new headquarters building recently and the design is more like a resort than a car dealership. I have a wonderful relationship with the service technician I deal with and feel confident in his judgements and reports on the condition of my Toyota. Going to Precision Toyota is a satisfying experience.
Thank God I have a Ford... My husband took his 4 Runner in for servicing and his estimated bill was a lot! I've rated Precision Toyota with 2 extra stars .. for a total of 4 stars because 'Sunny Davis / customer support' was quick in her response to issues previously mentioned! That shows Precision Toyota really does care for their customers!
I was late for my apointment, but they took my car in and checked my car. All went well and I had a very small bill for the small repairs that were needed.
We are so happy with our decision to buy a new XLE Premium Sienna from this dealership. They made the process as easy as possible with my 2 young kids there with us. The owner came over and introduced himself and asked if they could make any other decisions in their cafeteria. This is absolutely a business that cares about what their customers wants. Katherine was great about making this process go as smooth as possible. We now have a van we love. We look forward to coming in for maintenance. Thank you so much!

This place is wonderful. I love what they have done with the place. And the service is just so extremely smooth and fun. And the employees are just so laid back to the point you can joke around with them and the joke right back and it's just wonderful to go there. Thank you for all your service to your customers
Today I bought a new car from Vince and am so excited!! The whole Precision team was awesome and made the experience wonderful! Buying a car is always stressful because of high pressure sales people BUT today was completely different. I was treated with respect from the Sales Manager, Matt all the way down to the finance guy. Vince and his team made today such a fun day! If you're looking for a great honest deal and low pressure go see these guys!
