We bought two brand new vehicles from Precision one in 2009 (Tacoma) and our most recent one last week (RAV4) and both of our experiences was flawless. Ricardo Morgan is our main man for both of purchases, he treats us with respect, listens and caters to our needs and very knowledgeable and we got exactly the car that we needed. I would not go anywhere else for a Toyota, we will definitely be purchasing another vehicle here in the not so distant future. Highly recommended!

So I bought a used 2008 Dodge Caravan and a bumper-to-bumper warranty with a reasonable $100 deductable. I take the van in as the right paasenger window went up when I pulled into Office Max parking lot and it fell back inside the door. Service call and tells me the window controller is not covered. I'm sorry, but a primary safety feature mechanism is not covered? Excuse me? I'm a disabled man and I'm sorry but this needs to be replaced otherwise Toyota is misrepresenting the 3 year service warranty I bought at the time of p... read more

They are amazing. The staff treats you like family. We have bought at least 7 cars between my family from them and every time is such a great experience! Thank you Precision!
I talked to salesman about a used truck. Decided to purchase it. Put $500 to hold it so my mechanic could look the truck over. They sold it the next day as i was making arrangements for the mechanic to stop by. They aren't trustworthy and don't care about customer service.
Staff is amazing! So friendly! We will be back when it's time for another car!!
