Well back in 1999 I bought a brand new Toyota Tacoma from Precision. Well my son is now driving it and is only a little short of 300,000 miles. I have had very little done to this truck simply because it is an outstanding product. I must say on the few occasions I have dealt with the Service Dept I have been treated amazingly well. recently we locked the keys in the truck and after 17 years you pulled up the paperwork and in minutes and at almost no cost you gave me a new key. I went in with my wife to take a look at the Toyota 4runner listed for 29,479 online. I let the salesman know what cost I wanted to be out the door at . I informed him I already had financing ( which shouldn't be an issue because your still making the same amount) he said let me get a manager and see if we can negotiate. 5-10 minutes later he returned telling me he could not find any managers or other workers that could help and they would call. Back in 2007 I got a 4 door Tacoma. My absolute favorite vehicle!! In 2014 I only traded it in because my sons car seat didn't fit properly and I didn't want to scratch the stroller or the bed of my truck!! I mean I took such good care of my truck, the new owners got a gem! Plus 13 cup holders!! I totally to this day MISS my truck!! I went regularly to Precision for check ups and recalls. The wait was no more than an hour. I always had a positive outcome with Precision Toyota.. Hope to own another one day!!

Went there on 4th of July to look at a toyota Sienna. Complete waste of time. What they offered us for our trade in was insulting 2k below blue book trade in value AND even $1100 less than auction value. They tried to tell me I won't get a better deal anywhere else. Well I did, same make, same model, same year, same trim level and in nicer condition. I traded in my 2011 FJ Cruiser, it is a LOW Mileage and Pristine Car. I traded for a 2006 Dodge Ram 4X4 w/Cummins Diesel Quad Cab. I was able to get what I felt was a decent value for my FJ and a reasonable price for the Dodge. This a the third car I have purchased from Precision, all were reasonable deals and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.
