I brought my Toyota Highlander in for a "service brake light." Even though it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride trying to align Toyota Corporate with The Precision Service Department, the outcome was great. We have owned fourteen Toyota vehicles since the late seventies. We just purchased our 11th Toyota from Precision. Abou was the sales manager and it was because of him we rate this so high. It was the best experience we have ever had.
Had new nav. update installed took longer than they thought, but Chris, service adviser, kept me up-to-date! They also found my battery to be weak and warranted me new 7 year battery. .
