To be honest I had a much much better experience with them. Everything went smoothly except the part at the end when I had to resign the papers but other than that. Excellent customer service and to top it off I came out with a brand new car and got rid of my old car
Initially i reviewed with a 1 star. I will say this, at the end of the day they proved to care about the customer and had more than excellent service recovery. As a result I will continue to go here for my automotive needs.
Albert Villagomez in the Service Department is an exceptional young man. He accepted my car, explained my service contract and how much longer it will probably remain effective. He explained the work to be done on this service and each of the next six. He put my name on the list for the shuttle, and when the shuttles started running he checked to see if I was on one. I love these people!!!!! My shuttle driver today had me grabbing my sides..."grandkids are like the aftershocks of an earthquake...they keep coming!" Gosh, I love this bunch of people. And, when there wasn't driver available for one part of the journey, they scheduled an Uber driver. And the bill was low because they just did the recommended services, not the discretionary ones because they advised I really didn't need those yet. Thanks, my friends at Precision!!!!!!
Very easy to make an appointment, The service Dept. was very efficient and serviced my car a sent me on my way. The waiting area is very comfortable.
Great staff took very good care of me and my needs. I'll recommend anyone to come here. Ask for Mark letcher he's the best.
Our experience with Precision Toyota of Tucson was awesome! The salesperson, Carlos was very professional and very attentive. He knew exactly the kind of car we were looking for. We traded in our 2005 Toyota Rav 4 S to 2017 Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid Limited All Wheels drive. We are very happy with the time Carlos spent with us. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction.
