I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to get an oil change and tire rotation. The service rep spent 15 mins trying to up sale maintenance and Toyota Care. When he finally got the hint he told me that it would take 2-3 hours. Are you kidding me? I decided to go somewhere else...what a disappointment in customer service. It's time to try Desert Toyota.
The staff is great and I get my oil changes here, takes about an hour, but very thorough and free coffee is a good thing at 7 am- appointments do book up quickly though and have to wait a week or so to get in for oil changes---so try to book ahead.

I absolutely love my Camry...I always receive 5 star service...and they really do take care of me and my car after the sale...I would buy a car from Precision anytime...but don't have to because my car is so well taken care of! Thank you Precision Toyota!!! I am one happy customer!!!

Loved everything about Precision Toyota! They worked w me even w crappy credit and I was able to walk away with a car I �! They made a crappy situation like my 07 Camry being totaled out into one of the best investments I have made! Highly recommend going to Precision Toyota!! Ask for Melissa she was awesome!
