This Is an average. The personnel in the service department were very good. The price of replacing a key demands an explanation, yet none is given. $240+ seems extraordinarily high for The key, itself, hence, the 3* rating. Had one been offered, I’m certain that 4* or 5* would have been scored.
Got me in and out quickly. Service great but its the last free service, since they don't offer any lifetime maintenance. Will have to find somewhere different for the next service since I can't really afford 110 dollars for an oil change.
I highly recommend precision Toyota for anyone that is looking for a vehicle. Great service!
As usual, everything went just as it should with the servicing of my Sienna. Everyone is attentive and helpful and the car is finished right on time. Thanks, Carl.
I do not recommend trading in a vehicle here. It’s been over 2 weeks and we are still paying on the vehicle we don’t even have! Financing doesn’t ever reach back out to you and it’s difficult to reach anyone. If you have a trade in that you are still paying on I would suggest to go elsewhere.
