Overall excellent service. My service advisor was very friendly and offered me options without being pushy. Thankful they found an issue that needed to be taken care of that my regular mechanic had overlooked. I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience at Precision!

I bought a used vehicle from Precision a couple of years back. The salesman was very nice and helped me. I was very specific with the him that I wanted a vehicle with a clean title and no accidents at all. I asked for a CARFAX and was brought an auto check. It showed no accidents, I asked for a CARFAX instead but was denied. Well guess what? Yep, I got home and carfax it because they wouldn't allow me access to a computer to get one and discovered it had a rear end collision. I went back to the dealership and got nowhere at ... read more
Poor service waited with two kids for over 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change and was charged more then double the price of the Toyota dealer we typically use in Mesa! Won’t be buying are new 4Runner we are currently shopping for from this dealer based on that experience that’s for sure..
Precision Toyota services to my car in a timely fashion and was very thorough and generous as well, in that they used my insurance to let me rent a car while they fixed various issues. I had driven almost 3000 miles across United States, and I now feel confident that my car is safe and in good shape. They were very polite, organized, and clean.
Ok, I put a review online about a week or so ago. I put a 4 star and I didn't explain myself to well. It's NOT their fault that we had to bring it back for a second time for our airbag. I'm VERY sorry if it sounded like I was accusing them about the airbag. As we all know it was Takata's fault. We have bought a couple of Toyota's from them and they are excellent people. In a couple of years we are going there to buy a truck from them!! And can't wait! They are very good people!! I hope that explains my last posting.
Mike Dougall was our sales representative. Mike went above and beyond in efforts to meet our needs. We wanted a Camry SE in a certain color exterior and interior. Through a lot of hard work, Mike came through and made it happen. He came in on his day off to take care of us and ultimately spent the entire day working to ensure we were taken care of.
