Service here has been great for the past four years. Broke off the antenna mast at a car wash leaving part of the threaded base. The tech was able to remove this piece and save me money. Service tech, Galen, was very knowledgeable of what was needed. Overall experience has been good from a leaky cam housing to ravages by packrats Thanks.
