I called to talk to the manager and he returned my call. The oil change on my Prius took almost 2 hours, and was finally done 20 minutes after the “Promised Time”. The customer service is not what I expect when paying almost $97 for an oil change and inspection. I will not return and my husband and I have been loyal Toyota customers for years in MN.
