Took in my car for an oil change. It took over 2 hours. All I wanted was an oil change but they rotated the tires too. Didn’t want that done since I had just had them rotated the day before. When I told them that, they did rotate them back again for me. So, I paid $118 for an oil change that took 2 and 1/2 hours. I think they can do better.
RecommendedGreat service they offer a variety of snacks, coffee and drinks while you are waiting for your car to be done there’s a kid area that my little ones loved and it’s comfortable and the service was also fast the people there was friendly and the staff was always letting me know the time frame I was going to be there overall great experience 🏻🏻🏻

It was an amazing experience from the first moment I walked on the lot. With the first few seconds I felt like I was talking to one of my son's. They are very truthful and did not play games.I hate when you go buy a car and so much run around.It should be a very pleasurable experience. Precision Toyota has a lot of beautiful vehicles. Professional and personable employees. Very neat and clean facility.
The Service Dept is always courteous and friendly. They set realistic expectations for when car will be ready, and always update if there are any changes. The lounge and snack areas are always clean and inviting. Free sodas and coffee or tea & small snack are appreciated by all. I have met people who actually drive quite a distance to have service at Precision, because they’re the best!!!
Polite and efficient. They communicate clearly and make it easy even if you have to reschedule.
