My experience with Precision Toyota of TUCSON, was absolutely horrible. The lack of professionalism and integrity was astonishing... they lacked communication skills and when I asked questions about my truck and the service they failed to answer me and blamed there bad service on “new employees”. After receiving my truck back, I had a huge dent in my back bumper, that was not there when I left it. When confronted about it they told me it was there already, and they had not done the damage.
