worst dealer in the world. be prepared to be without your car for 24 hours if you have a warranty battery. it takes them that long to figure it out?? oh but it's "Toyota's" policy to do a whole days diagnostics on it to replace a 2 year old battery under a warranty. plus they won't get you a loaner. you'd be better off just going to a reputable shop or parts store and buying a quality part
