I took vehicle for oil change and flat tire repair. They told me the tire could not be repaired, and I didn't have tire coverage, so basically they wanted me to pay for a new tire. Can't even repaired a tire from a screw puncture in the tread. Then my cabin air filter needed to be changed for $51. Wow $51 to replace an $8 filter, nope. Ended up taking the car to Big O tires, and they patched it up no problem. Ordered the $8 air filter on Amazon, and I'll take 2 minutes to replace it when it arrives! I have had great success with past Toyota’s. I made an appointment to see Mr. Morgan. I had some financial challenges but my salesperson worked hard to get me into a car I can afford.
