My mother went in to buy a Toyota Highlander, they were there for 4 hours. they were about to sign paperwork when one of the managers came out and said that we couldn't do the deal, because they made a mistake on the numbers and it would be way higher payment than what they had agreed on. They didn't even want to work things out with us. I would not recommend this place to anyone that's buying a car.
Was very fortunate to make a bad situation great last night! My car I loved that I got from precision Toyota was totalled out and I had to go look for a new vehicle. I was contacted by Vince Camacho who guided us to Mark Fletcher to assist us. We were able to find a new vehicle and from the time we got there until we left was smooth and stress free. James Alegria in finance was extremely kind and helpful as well. Very thankful that we were able to work with these fine gentleman!
