We were buying a used car and we wanted a mechanic to look at the car before we bought it to make sure it was in good shape. We took the car to Precision Toyota and they performed a “prepurchase inspection”. It took about three hours, and the inspection showed that the car was a great shape, so we did purchase the car. Normally I wouldn’t write a review for a negative experience however I believe this particular experience is deserving of such a review. Don't believe these guys. They seem to always lie. When we bought our new Scion Xb in 2015 the salesman gave us a firm price of 17000 dollars. I called and confirmed the deal twice on the phone an was assured that everything was set. When we got there he had written up the invoice for 17,700 plus a previously unrevealed delivery charge. My wife and I were unsuccessful in getting the salesman to honor the deal. I made an appointment to have my brakes checked at precision Toyota because I was to told I needed new brakes on the front of my RAV 4 by firestone. Pads rotors and all would cost 465.00. Toyota checked my brakes and found the job was 240.00. I didn’t new rotors. Pleasant surprise! A service person Jordan was helpful nice and good sense of humor.
