I’ve never had a company make me feel more like a number... bad management... couldn’t get a hold of anyone and when I did I was greeted with rudeness and insults... I would never recommend this place to anyone... had a question about my bill and the service manager wouldn’t even take the time to talk to me instead he sent a text message to my advisor and told him to read it to me... very unprofessional... Horrible business practices! I’m writing this review for my mother who purchased a used vehicle from Precision Toyota on Oct 20,2019. The used vehicle was from Colorado and when my Mother purchased the vehicle (cash in full) was told she should expect the Title, registration and plates within 45 days. On Dec 4th my mother still had not received her plates etc. And the temp plates were set to expire. I had a problem with my truck and managed to limp in to the service area, over a holiday period, unannounced. I met Robert Mercer and his colleagues and was taken care of almost immediately. they explained the situation in terms of manpower, which was what I expected so late in the day. 36 hour's latter I received a call informing me that the problem had been fixed and my truck was ready for collection. It was a very enjoyable experience purchasing my first SUV 4x4 at Precision Toyota. We purchased a 4Runner, and the sales person (Melyssa) was very transparent regarding questions we had about dealer invoice and MSRP. They were willing to work with us financially to get the best deal we could afford. We had support from AAA with a dead battery. After charging, Ken took it across town to the Precision dealership. Excellent service and quick response. It was late in the day and the shuttle service brought Ken home. We picked our Toyota Avalon up early the next morning with no delay. The battery was still under warranty and there was no charge, plus a new warranty added.
