Everyone was extremely helpful, patient, informative, friendly and helped make my car buying experience very positive! I had my prior Prius 12+ years and knew I'd replace it with another Prius because of its performance and then I was delighted with how everyone made the purchase so pleasant!

The customer service manager and the lead service advisor really helped me out when my car need multiple repairs. Nobody is in a good mood when they get news that they will have to drop major coin, but both handled the repairs and easing the blow for me with grace and kindness. I was able to lease a 2020 hybrid rav4, likely the next car I'll be purchasing, but for now I have my car back and I am confident I'll be putting another 100,000 miles on it.
