I had a great experience at Precision Toyota on 10/17/2019 while having my truck maintenance performed. I was late for my scheduled maintenance appointment yet they were very understanding. Also, my normal service rep was with another customer so another won filled in to get all information first so I didn’t have to wait. Then when my normal rep, Anthony Burgess, was available, both reps did a quick seamless hand-off. When I called to schedule an appointment to get my c diagnosed the guy I spoke with told me my warranty would cover it and when I took my car for them to look at it it was not covered by the warranty. I ended up paying 200.00 just for them to diagnose the car. Way to expensive. Also they told me I needed a new blower motor to only go pick up my car and it sais recommended. It was just a lose wire. This place is a rip off. They also could not find out what was wrong with the banging noise under the car that happens quite ofte... read more
