Precision Garage Door is the people to call, they were courteous and professional. My technician was Justin and he was a sweetheart, very knowledgeable and prompt. Not only did he fix the problem with the door, he helped me reset my car, and keypad as well. I highly recommend this company! Kudos!!!

NIck showed up and we discussed the issue with our garage door which was over 12 years old and the belt drive had broken. He gave us options that would have allowed us to repair the door, but, overall, he explained the benefits of replacing the door with a new door that offers all of the latest features that my wife wanted in a garage door. I was experiencing problems with my Garage Door. I contacted Precision,they called back and scheduled repair services on the same day. They were professional and to the point. All work was explained with fee's before work started. Being the consumer , I was given options. A photo and name of technician assigned to my home was sent to me to review before he arrived, that was extremely helpful and assuring. With the exception of the extraordinary delay in getting the installation going, I can say that this is a great company with which to do business. Phone contact is with the SCHEDULER ONLY, which is a bit of a put-off, but she made the necessary contacts and relayed the information back to us. The timing of the installation was not critical, but taking a month to get it done is, I think, a bit excessive. Our inter action with the company has been great. We have had the garage doors installed 20 years ago and they are honoring their warranties and it was a pleasure to have the rep here to work on the problem we had. They were also very timely with the response to our problem.
