Very efficient and easy to deal with. There was a technician at my home about 3 hours after I called to ask for a repair. The tech, Nick, fixed the door quickly and explained the repair very well. I highly recommend this company!

I was very pleased with the service. I called for service and they were able to come out and service my door the same day. Rob was very professional and did an excellent job.
I called Sunday morning after our garage door cables snapped. They responded in 20 minutes and were there an hour after that. I repeat - it was Sunday!!! Nick was great and got everything fixed and was packed up and out of there quickly. If you're in a bad way with your door call these guys. You won't be sorry.
My wife told me that garage door dropped when she closed it. I went out to find that a tension spring had snapped. I called Precision Garage Door about one hour later. They set me up with a 2 hr appointment window. Well, Rob the technician, showed up at the beginning of the appointment window and had everything fixed at the end of the two hours. If I could give 0 stars I would. The service technician, Rob, was personable and knowledgeable, but I was charged 3-4 times more than it should have been. They replaced my springs and rollers, neither of which needed to be replaced as they were only 2 yrs old. They claimed they couldn't re-tighten the springs, which they could have. There was nothing wrong with the rollers, which they did. I was charged over $800 for something that should have been less than $200. BUYER BEWARE!!
The coil to my garage door snapped. Precision Garage Door was able to come repair the damaged coil within 24 hours. Rob ** and another technician (who's named I can't recall) arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Both gents were polite, professional, and engaging. I will definitely call Precision Garage Door again in the future.
