Todd (Precision's Technician) arrived right at the scheduled time to repair a broken mainspring on my garage door opener in North Suffolk. He was very professional, helpful, and efficient. He also cleaned up the work area perfectly. Will absolutely use Precision moving forward.

My old garage door opener quit working when the chain slipped on the sprocket and the assembly over traveled too far and hit the opener case and jammed. It was old but could have been easily repaired or just the chain put back to the proper position. Would it have failed again, sure. The service call fee is *** which you might think includes some basic assistance other than observation and writing an estimate. It doesn't. Justin came to solve a garage door problem we were having at our home in Lagomar in Virginia Beach. The company responded to my call quickly, and set up the service call. There was no charge for the service call due to a strange situation that had occurred with the door in 2017. Upon arrival Justin quickly solved the problem, and informed me that the adjustment was under warranty and would be covered. UNDER WARRANTY!!! Now those are words you don't hear often these days. Called Precision when our garage door spring sprung on a Saturday. They said they could have someone there that evening between 6 and 8 pm. In fact, the tech called to ask if he could come at 4 pm. Great. Nick showed up at about 4:10 and immediately it was clear that he knew what he was doing. He recommended replacing the springs (obviously needed), doing some maintenance (not done in 20 years so needed), and replacing the door opener and chain (in my opinion not yet needed). Rob & his helper were very, very nice, on time, quick to do the work & it's working beautifully! So glad we called them. Provided estimate and were able to do the work on one trip. Good phone service, too, when I first called. Very pleased!
