Rob came out and replaced our springs on the door. He was polite, efficient while completing the work. The springs were covered under warranty by Precision which is exactly what service I like to see. I would recommend the work they perform as well as their commitment to stand behind their product.

I heartily recommend Precision Garage Door. From determining whether to repair or replace my garage door and getting the estimate to the performance of the work and the explanation of the use of the new product, I found the personnel to be knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They did a great job with the removal of my old door from the frame out and the re-installation of the new frame and door within a few hours. I believe anyone in need of similar service should make sure to contact Precision Garage Door first.

The main spring on our large garage door snapped on a Saturday morning and as a result both cars were "trapped" in the garage. We contacted Precision and explained our predicament; their service desk was able to schedule an appointment the same at 10:00 AM. Beau (the technician) showed up promptly at 10:00 AM, surveyed the situation, and provided us with two solution scenarios (each priced). Rob was very knowledgeable and personable. We knew our garage door was failing, so Rob helped us pick out a new door that would compliment the exterior of our house. We can't wait to have it installed.
