Had seen a Precision Door entry system at a friend's house and was interested in getting one for my elderly Mother's garage. Called and made an appointment. Todd was the technician; arrived on time, quick, easy and would recommend him highly to others! Happy w/ the entry system and would recommend that to others as well. Thanks.

Todd at Precision Door was thrown many curve ball by our old heavy two car garage door Got it all completed within estimate and please with difficult job

I've had occasion to use Precision Garage Door twice in the last 2 years - and in both instances the responses were prompt and the service excellent. On the latest visit by Mr. Todd ********* he took the time to answer all of my questions (some of which were definitely less than technical!). This was truly a positive experience.

Todd did a great job on my bionic repair, even though he had to make some changes due to a low ceiling. He was very professional and courteous and kept me abreast of what he was doing and the reason he was doing it. We need more employees like him where I work.

Precision Door was great. Our door spring broke and we couldn't get car out of garage. Mark came today instead of tomorrow. He did a great job. I highly recommend Precision Door. I would give this man a 10 if I could go over 5.

The Precision service technician did excellent work repairing my garage door opener. However, he also attached a large Precision sticker to a painted wall in my home. When I peeled back a corner of the sticker, the paint came off with it. Several days ago, I chatted online and called Precision to ask how to remove the sticker without removing the paint. I contacted Precision Garage Door Repair on May 5th Saturday. Technicians promptly responded on Monday the 7th ahead of their scheduled appointment they were professional, courteous and to my surprise repaired my garage door in 20 minutes flat for a great price. Incredible, thank you Angie's List and Precision Doors. I highly recommend this company.
