I am beyond excited to write this review! Precision Garage Door as a company, and my technician Beau provided not just outstanding, but exceptional service! Every minuscule detail was explained on the several pricing options offered. They have made lifelong customers of my family!
Justin was great to work with. He had to order a belt for my door.The 1st one came in and had a manufacturers defect. Another was ordered. The office advised me on Monday it was in and he was here to install the new belt Monday afternoon. After installing the belt it was soon discovered the motor didn´t work. I was selling my home so I had to pause and decide what I wanted to do. I called them back the next evening to advise them. Had an awful experience with this company. We felt totally bait and switched! Would not recommend.
Friendly, courteous, and professional. My service provider willingly explained what he was repairing and answered all my questions. It was an incredibly hot day and he still had a positive attitude as he worked. I appreciate competent service from a friendly, respectful professional.
Justin was on time personable and professional. Bionic door rebuild and spring replacement with addition of a 3rd spring to better handle the weight of the wind loaded door took about 90 minutes. Not bad in the heat of a closed garage. Door has never been this quiet. Operates like it should.
Love this company. We have been having Precision repair our garage door for many years. They have great warrantees on their parts, too. The Advisor, Clint, who came here today is awesome and knew exactly what was going on with the system. I definitely recommend this company.
