I am a first-time customer, finding Precision via Google, and when I went to Precision's website and saw the picture of the owners (looking very he said/she said), I literally laughed out loud and knew I had to call them. My issue wasn't urgent, just a small repair, but it's been a nuisance. Holly got me set up with someone TODAY! I was blown away. I have used Precision Garage Door previously and will always use them. The Tech, Rob **** was polite, prompt and completely knowledgeable about the products and services as their Techs always are. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing replacement, service or maintenance. When I call them, I don't worry, I just wait for them to arrive because I know they'll fix my problem. Thanks, David*****

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is very professional and trustworthy, absolutely know their products, the Technician Nick ****** is a professional and absolutely a people person polite, courteous, and well trained in his field. The service Justin and his team provided was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He arrived earlier than expected but he called before hand and I was glad he was able get to my home earlier. All in all I was very pleased.

I was quite impressed with their service. I called on a Friday, and they offered to come out the next day, but I was committed that day. The estimate visit was scheduled for btn 8 - 10 on the following Monday. I rec'd a confirming email immediately. Rec'd a reminder email Sunday, and on Mon, rec'd a text at 8 am again confirming, and ending a picture and short related bio on the Tech coming. Very pleased with the service I received, the technician, Justin G. was very friendly and knowledgeable about the door and opener. Arrived early, but called first, completed the work in a timely manner and left my garage exactly as he found it.

Overrated company!!! Technician's recommendations were unnecessary and products way overpriced. Issue with garage door opener was never resolved and it took 2 service calls, less than 60 days apart, to conclude that he did not know what he was doing! I'd never choose Precison Doors again!
