Beau and Chris came out on time and explained my options thoroughly. Very professional and did a great job. An issue occurred after they left and Precision sent someone out the very next day and corrected the problem within 10 minutes.

Beau arrived and began work only an hour after I placed my call. He replaced the broken spring, old cable and rollers. Our door now works quietly and we appreciate the warranty. Beau explained our repair options , we made our decision and now have an efficiently working quiet door, much to our satisfaction. The speed with which the company responded was quite remarkable!

I didn't think it was fixable, but he did it. Very informative and did not apply sales pressure. Our door was damaged by one of our vehicles not making clearance. I was sure I was going to be shelling out a couple thousand to have it replaced, but he got it functioning, with an estimate of its remaining life, and left us with some options for repair and replacement. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Good experience!

Beau ** Was an excellent technician. He explained each step as he went along. Very excited about the as long as we own our home warranty. That real gives us true piece of mind. The response time is outstanding especially since we called on Christmas Day and they had an appointment for us on the following day.
