Michael M. was my service technician. He arrived before time, very courteous, and thorough with his explanation of problem. Repairs was done timely and priced within my budget. Would definitely call this company again because of him.
When I called Precision Garage Door, they sent someone out within one hour. The technician Rob quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. They have been excellent both times that they came. Their work was much better than a repair made by another company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Able to get an appointment the same day, which was very much needed since my car was "captive" in my garage with a broken spring. Could not open garage door. Service men were professional and explained options for work needed. I asked questions, and answers/explanations were freely given. They arrived timely, with a call ahead of arriving. Work done in reasonable time. I have used Precision at my last residence, and will call again- if needed. Will gladly recommend to others.
